Our Diverse team
includes several hundred cleared staff, including electricians, plumbers, painters, vinyl and resin floor layers, groundworkers and carpenters, supported by an additional team of welders and fabricators, specialising in stainless steel cubicles, shrouds, and all metal work including security screens, gates, and window mesh.
Partnerships
with MAST Security also gives us access to SC and DV cleared security escorts and managers to facilitate works in secure and sensitive locations across the MOJ, MOD and other government estates, so we truly are a one-stop-shop.

Our health and safety management system is ISO 45001 certified and regularly audited internally by our dedicated H&S staff and externally by our clients and relevant accreditation bodies.
As part of PMA’s ongoing review of health and safety standards, we have developed individual training plans for our team members including:

Our health and safety team have developed an extensive library of health and safety documents such as Construction Phase Plan, risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments, and site-based policies and procedures. Our dedicated cloud-based health and safety folders are available to all staff and clients, with physical folders stored on every live site for ease of access.
PMA project sites feature a secure lockable mobile cabinet created by our Health and Safety team. When managing health and safety in secured environments, it is essential that all health and safety information and paperwork is safe and secure. Our mobile cabinets can be located at all live work locations within any establishment.
To ensure our health and safety standards and procedures are upheld our Health and Safety Advisor conducts regular project visits, ensuring that any potential risks are mitigated and projects are completed safely.
