PMA fabricated, fit-out, delivered and installed 74 modular single accommodation units and 6 associated amenity units (storerooms etc.) within a specific central area of the barracks complex.
The works comprised of excavation works, foundations, removal of World War II air raid bunker, new pathways, drainage works and associated services works (including diversion of existing BT overhead services, protection works to existing services and installation of new substation), mechanical and electrical works, associated external works and installation of accommodation units and associated amenity buildings.
